Makers Stockroom keeps a maker's supplies, designs, plans, sales, and counts. DecoExchange Inc., in Louisiana, USA, operates it.
Effective date: .
What we collect
We collect what you put into the stockroom, and the account details that let you sign in.
- Email. Sign-in asks for the email on your invite or your purchase. We email you a sign-in link. There is no password. That email is the account.
- Name, if you give one. Sign-in does not ask for a name. The account can store a display name. This app does not show a form for it. If a display name is saved on the account, we keep it with the account.
- Supplies. Names, units, quantities, costs, places, colors, codes, notes, and shopping details you set: seasons, width, design, and material. Supplier details can include a website, a contact name, an email, a phone, and notes.
- On order. The quantity still coming, the day you expect it, and the supplier, when you record an order.
- Designs. The supplies a piece uses, and pricing notes you save, such as labor time, rates, prices, and fees.
- Plans. What you set aside to make, including quantities, due dates, and an optional note.
- Finished pieces and one-off makes. Each finished piece keeps its material cost and whether it is in stock, sold, given away, or other. A one-off make is pieces made without a saved design, with the supplies used and an optional name.
- Craft shows. The name, date, place, booth fee, other costs, notes, and how many of each design you plan to bring.
- Sales. The date, the channel, prices, fees, shipping, the pieces, and any note you type. A note can name a buyer if you write one. If you undo a sale, we keep a short note about that undo.
- Purchases. The date, quantities, cost, supplier, list price, discount, tax, shipping, invoice number, and notes, whether you type them in or they come from an approved receipt. An approved receipt also keeps its supplier, date, and invoice number.
- Import results. When a spreadsheet import succeeds, we keep that result for the file so the same import is not written again.
- Membership. Your plan and status, and the amount and currency of a recorded payment.
- Counts. The quantities you count, and a reason when you give one.
- Photos you upload. A supply can have one photo. It is stored for your account in private file storage, and we show it to you with a short-lived link.
- Receipts and recipe text you submit. Read my receipt takes a photo or PDF of a receipt. Read a recipe takes a photo, a PDF, or text you type. We use that only to make a draft for you to check. We do not keep that photo or file after the read. If you approve a receipt, we save that purchase. If you save a design from a recipe, we save that design. We keep only the kind of read, when it happened, and whether it finished. We remove that on the next read once it is older than two days. A pending read stops counting after five minutes and is deleted on your next read.
- Support messages. Get help sends the category and the message, plus a subject and the page you were on when you give them. The ticket also carries your account email, your display name if one is saved, your account id, plan, membership status, and time zone. You can also email our support team.
- Basic logs. If a read fails, the server writes an error line. That line does not include your photo or your recipe text. The host may keep ordinary request logs.
We also keep category names, the craft you pick in setup, low-stock levels, archived supplies, cost history and notes, waste and adjustment notes, quantities per place and transfers, with an optional note on a transfer, finished-piece status notes, and sales linked to a craft show.
Why we collect it
We use this information to run your stockroom.
- To sign you in, and to check that your invite or membership is still open.
- To save and show your supplies, designs, plans, makes, shows, orders, sales, counts, and photos.
- To read a receipt or a recipe when you ask, and to save only what you then approve.
- To answer a support message.
- To see that a read failed, so we can fix it.
Who processes it
These companies handle information so the app can run.
- Supabase stores the database, runs sign-in, and stores files, including supply photos.
- Railway hosts the app.
- Mailgun delivers the sign-in email. The app asks Supabase Auth to send that email.
- Anthropic reads a receipt or a recipe only when you use Read my receipt or Read a recipe. We send the photo, PDF, or text you submitted, plus the names and units of your own supplies. The request does not include supply ids. We do not keep that photo or file after the read.
- A help desk service that stores support requests handles messages you send to our support team. The ticket carries your account email, your display name if one is saved, your account id, plan, membership status, and time zone.
- Makers Marketing Hub is where a membership is bought. The Hub sends us the email, a contact id, and the payment event, and sometimes a transaction id and an amount, so we know whether access is on. We do not send your supplies, designs, or sales to the Hub. This app does not take card numbers.
- If you use the phone app, Apple or Google delivers it. We do not send them your stockroom records.
- Makers University, only if you connect it. The reads are read-only. They can return supply names and ids, units, quantities on hand, reserved and available, reorder points, and costs. They can return design names with their supplies, costs, and labor, and shortfalls. Each plan line includes the design, quantity, amount finished, due date, status, and reserved supplies. They can return shopping-list lines with the designs they are for. The Makers University connection returns your name, or your email when no display name is set, along with your account id, email, plan, and membership status. You can remove the connection in the app under Connected apps.
Selling, ads, and tracking
We do not sell your information. We do not show ads. We do not use third-party tracking.
The app does not load analytics scripts or advertising scripts.
Cookies
When you ask for the link, the sign-in request stores a few sign-in cookies. The sign-in library keeps them for up to about 400 days. We set session cookies when you use the link.
If you start connecting Makers University and you are not signed in yet, we set one cookie named connect_return. It holds the confirm path plus the connection query. It is httpOnly, it lasts 15 minutes, and it is limited to this site.
We do not use cookies to follow you on other sites.
How long we keep it
We keep your stockroom while the account is open. We do not delete an idle account on a timer.
A note that you used Read my receipt or Read a recipe keeps the kind of read, when it happened, and whether it finished. We remove it on the next read once it is older than two days. A pending read stops counting after five minutes and is deleted on your next read. Undoing a sale keeps the sale and marks it undone.
Support requests stay in the help desk until you ask our support team to delete them. Rows in the app's support log stay until the account is deleted.
How to delete your account
Sign in, open Delete my account, and type DELETE. The app removes your supplies, designs, plans, sales, counts, photos, receipt scans, support log rows, connected apps, portal tokens, and sign-in. Deleting your Stockroom account does not cancel a paid membership or billing.
We keep the membership row, with the account link cleared: email, plan, status, contact id, and transaction id. We keep the payment log, including the amount, currency, and each billing event. Beta invite records stay. Account deletion does not remove help-desk tickets. Ask our support team to delete those. If you cannot sign in, email info@decoexchange.com from the email on your account and ask us to delete it.
Children
Makers Stockroom is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from a child under 13.
